★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my macbook air pro damaged (drinked some beer?) and after 3 days they told me that 3 components are completely destroyed and nothing can be done, data completely lost, recommendation to buy a new one. After one month I sent the laptop in Romania to an Apple service and in 2 days they fixed it, with all data recovered, payed 250euro. Moreover, they said it was much easier to clean it then, reather than a month after...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for assistance to repair my iPhone 5 since I had to recover at least the photos, they told me I should buy a new one, they wouldn't be able to repair it. Was lucky enough to find a store that charged me 35 euros to repair it since it was only the port to connect the charger. I suggest you find another spot to repair your Apple products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. They couldn't fix my laptop due to water damage but were extremely helpful in getting my back up data from the computer. The most amazing part is they didn't charge a single cent for their work because they knew the laptop will be expensive to replace. Highly recommended. Fast and great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to change the battery on iPhone 6s. Checked prices online in Apple Store and also in one of the official resellers of Apple, which was 40€ for the current model. I was advised to book an appointment via the app with one of the official centers, and this place was in the the list. However, the price they offered was 80€, which is double. When I’ve pointed that I was already told in Istore that the price is 40€, they said that it was not for an original battery, which of course is a lie. Nobody will tell you prices in istore for non original details (that’s why we go to the official centers to get an original detail with warranty). Very bad experience, just pure scam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to replace my iphone battery. The guy on the desk was nice and professional. However they asked for 80€ to replace an iphone 8 plus battery which i think is a no brainer. On official apple website the cost is 55€. The guy was saying the battery they gonna replace with is gonna be the original one. Well the other apple authorized shops are selling duplicate batteries then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the job done quickly. Not the friendliest staff but possibly because they are not confident in English and my PT isn’t great. When I took the phone in for an appointment from apple the guy didn’t seem to expect me and just took the phone from me to run diagnostics without telling me what was happening.
Much better than the bigger companies like GMS
