★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma oficina que não tem confiança. Eu encontrei uma fechadura no OLX preço era 50 euros, combinei com funcionário chegar e comprar. Quando cheguei preço logo foi aumentando ao dobro eu mostrei SMS com preço no telemóvel mas na mesma funcionário queria mais. Depois eu paguei a peça mas ele não me deixo montar no carro ao pé do ele. Tiro peça das minhas maos e devolveu dinheiro. Começou gritar comigo... Muito mal fazer assim.
 A workshop that lacks confidence. I found a lock on OLX price was 50 euros, I arranged with employee to come and buy. When I got the price, it started to double, I showed SMS with a price on my cell phone, but the same employee wanted more. Then I paid for the piece but he won't let me ride in the car next to him. I take the piece out of my hands and returned money. He started yelling at me ... Too bad to do so.

Cobraram 35€ de um teste de bateria sem factura e pagamento em numerário. Se fosse pagar por multibanco teriam que cobrar IVA.
Já sou cliente há uns anos e achei uma vergonha, nem na Santogal me cobram.
Irei reportar às autoridades competentes.

Bad service
They charged 35 € for a battery test without invoice and payment in cash. If you were to pay by ATM you would have to charge VAT.
I've been a customer for a few years and I thought it was a shame, not even at Santogal they charge me.
I will report to the competent authorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito conhecimento geral da marca Mercedes-Benz. Muito prestáveis e profissionais. No meu caso fiz manutenção a caixa de velocidades 9g num w213. Notei logo melhorias nomeadamente na passagem de caixa mais suave.
(O nome é só coincidência)
Lots of general knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand. Very helpful and professional. In my case I did maintenance on the 9g gearbox on a w213. I soon noticed improvements, namely in the smoother gear change.

From the best at all levels as long as it's a Mercedes! I was always well served even before they moved to Sacavém! Five stars....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci esta empresa através do Facebook na pessoa do sr Tiago Nogueirinha. Conseguiu arranjar as peças que necessitava (que nem na mercedes têm), muito pronto a ajudar e enviar pelo correio, recebendo-as no dia seguinte. Como 1ª experiencia gostei e espero ficar cliente habitual.

I got to know this company through Facebook in the person of Mr Tiago Nogueirinha. He managed to get the pieces he needed (which they don't even have at Mercedes), very ready to help and send them by post, receiving them the next day. As a 1st experience I enjoyed it and hope to become a regular customer.
