★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having the borehole pump taken out in March I waited 4 months before I got a price for renewal of the pump then a further 2 weeks before being told you’ve insufficient water and we are not going ahead with a new pump.The water level was checked in March,my pool area was left with 100mts of cables,rope and 50mm pipe lying around in the pool area all summer,no health and safety measures thought of by the company.A most unsatisfactory company to deal with ,having sent email after email and phone calls to finish like this and then want 200 euros for taking the pump(I have paid).I myself sustained a knee injury from tripping on the 50mm pipe one evening which I received treatment for at a clinic in Faro(cost300 euro)
