At best they have a security breach of their company email address. Why should I lose E1,700 because of their security breach?
They came to quote and sent me the payment instructions for a high deposit. I paid to the account instructed on the email and they are refusing to deliver the fireplace.
They say they did not send the email with the payment instruction and did not receive the money. They used only one email address - [email protected] throughout. They are also refusing to go to the police station with me to report the crime.
