A estrutura do toldo começou a criar corrosão, disseram que vinham reparar pois estava na garantia e tinha pago mais para a estrutura ser lacada precisamente para evitar estes problemas. Isto já foi a cerca de 4 anos, ainda estou a espera que venham corrigir o problema. As desculpas eram sempre as mesmas, ou estavam cheios de trabalho, ou tinham problemas familiares ou de saúde ou já se tinham esquecido e iam sempre contactar mais tarde. Até hoje... PS: Sim, a estrutura foi lancada e paguei mais por isso derivado a esse facto é que quis que viessem cá ver os pontos de corrosão que não deveriam de existir e não, não são nas zonas dos parafusos. Sim, pedi para ser feito um acerto e o orçamento foi praticamente 70% do que paguei para colocar o toldo, por isso não aceitei. Mas que eu saiba não é por isso que deixo de ter direito a assistência pós venda e que não deveriam de ter vindo corrigir o problema da corrosão. Além disso depois de tantas desculpas para não virem cá e a dizerem que vinham depois fica muito mal vir dizer isto para a isto para a internet quando deveriam era de pedir desculpa e vir corrigir o problema dos pontos de corrosão que como tão bem disseram mais caro para não ter esse problema ao lacar a estrutura. Isto só reforça a ideia que os vossos serviços são miseráveis e que deviam de ter vergonha na cara de tratar assim os clientes. Very poor service after sale.
