★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui renovar o cartão de cidadão hoje e tive um atendimento rápido, a Sra que me atendeu foi muito sussinta e clara na abordagem, para além de muito simpática.
Gostei bastante e melhor de tudo resolvi um assunto que andava á meses a tentar resolver na minha cidade Viana do Castelo, onde vivo, mas como a afluência ao serviço é grande acabo por desistir para não faltar ao trabalho...
Enfim... problema resolvido isso é o mais importante...
I was renewing the citizen's card today and I had a fast service, the lady who picked me up was very sussinta and clear in approach, besides very friendly.
I liked it a lot and best of all I solved a matter that I've been trying to solve in my city Viana do Castelo, where I live, but as the affluence to the service is great I end up giving up so I do not miss work ...
Anyway ... problem solved this is the most important ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde dia 13 de Janeiro que tenho o meu cartão de cidadão pago, liguei a pedir para levantar ou me enviarem para casa, recusaram.
A data que me deram para o levantar foi dia 13 de Maio, agora há 1 mês enviaram SMS a dizer que iriam enviar para casa!!!!
Em que ficamos????
Tenho familiares que foram lá e entregaram!!

Since the 13th of January that I have my paid citizen card, I called to ask to get up or send me home, they refused.
The date they gave me to pick it up was May 13th, now 1 month ago they sent SMS saying they would send it home !!!!
What did we stay in ????
I have family members who went there and delivered it !!
2 words only: Incompetence or Laziness ??? !!!
