★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei as 10:15 para tratar do passaporte e tirei uma senha, sou o R15. Ía no R5. Às 11:30 ainda estava no R5. São 11:50 e vai no R6. Por este andar vou a casa buscar o bronzeador e vou-me pôr no jardim a bronzear porque já vi que vou perder um dia inteiro das minhas férias para tratar do Passaporte. UPDATE: São 01:34 e ainda vai no R11. São só 3 horas e 15 minutos de espera. Sofro de chronic pain e dói me muito as costas de estar aqui sentada à espera. Estou com fome e tenho que tomar os meus medicamentos, mas não posso sair daqui no caso de os números correrem em caso de desistências (de acordo com as palavras da pessoa que está no atendimento). Continuo a aguardar. Se eu desmaiar aqui talvez me levem para o hospital e me dêem almoço. Ou se calhar espero mais 3 horas lá para ser atendida.
I arrived at 10:15 am to take care of the passport and got a password, I'm the R15. It was on the R5. At 11:30 I was still on R5. It's 11:50 and go on the R6. On this floor, I go home to get the suntan lotion and I am going to get tanned in the garden because I already saw that I will miss an entire day of my vacation to take care of my Passport. UPDATE: It's 1:34 and it still goes on R11. It's only 3 hours and 15 minutes of waiting. I suffer from chronic pain and my back hurts from sitting here waiting. I'm hungry and I have to take my medications, but I can't leave here in case the numbers run in case of dropouts (according to the words of the person in attendance). I still wait. If I pass out here, maybe they'll take me to the hospital and give me lunch. Or maybe I wait another 3 hours there to be attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirigi-me hoje ao tribunal do montijo para adquirir o meu registro criminal, do qual tinha marcação para as 14h.
Eram 14h15 quando a segurança me chamou, subi ao 1°piso, e pediram me para esperar um pouco, para meu espanto um funcionário foi imprimir 400 folhas, e teve a lata de dizer de que se eu estivesse pressa que eu paga se novamente o registro criminal e ainda me fizeram esperar quase 1h.
Tribunal do montijo não vale nada.
Eles só querem receber o dinheiro e não querem trabalhar
I went to the Montijo court today to acquire my criminal record, which I was scheduled for 2 pm.
It was 2:15 pm when security called me, I went up to the 1st floor, and they asked me to wait a while, to my amazement an employee went to print 400 sheets, and had the can to say that if I was in a hurry I would pay if the criminal record and still made me wait almost 1 hour.
Tribunal do montijo is worth nothing.
They just want to get the money and they don't want to work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu normarmente chego por volta das 07:30 tiro minha senha, vou fazer as demais coisas q tenha pra fazer em outros lados, por volta das 09:30 volto espero mais uma horita no maximo e sou atendido, a mim não me comem tempo de vida pra ficar ai a espera ja sei o q a casa gasta e a 10 anos pelo menos q é assim por isso, eles tbm nao estao preocupados com isso, no fim do mes dia 20 cai la o ordenado é o q les importa...
I usually arrive around 7:30 am I take my password, I will do the rest of the things I have to do on other sides, around 9:30 am I will wait another hour at the most and I will be served, I don’t eat time life to stay there waiting already know how much house is spent and at least 10 years that’s how it is for that reason, they are also not worried about it, at the end of the month the 20th falls there the salary is what matters ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a 3 dias a ligar e ninguem atende o telefone, dizem que temos de agendar para sermos atendidos mas se n atendem o telefone como e suposto marcar o quer que seja? O mesmo serve para ir levantar o cc, uma coisa que sao 2 min querem que agendemos o levantamento mas nao atendem. So complicam. Assim fica complicado resolver o quer que seja. Uma vergonha!!!
I've been calling for 3 days and no one answers the phone, they say we have to schedule it to be answered but if they don't answer the phone how am I supposed to dial anything? The same goes for lifting the cc, something that is 2 min they want us to schedule the survey but they don't answer. Just complicate. So it's complicated to solve anything. A shame!!!
