Chaque année je loue des villas à travers le monde (US, France, Mexique, Maurice, Asie, ...) via différents services en ligne ou différentes agences, mais en 10 ans, jamais je n’ai eu de biens immobiliers aussi top, ainsi qu’un service aussi professionnel au Portugal ! Trip Algarve place la satisfaction client et / ou locataire voyageur au centre de son développement avec de vraies valeurs humaines. Bonus : ils connaissent le marché et les différents biens à la perfection, vous donnent des conseils très judicieux et parlent français, portugais, anglais, espagnol ... ce qui est pratique pour un ensemble démarches administratives ! Enfin, si vous y allez juste en vacances : demandez à Maria de partager ses bons plans hors des sentiers battus !
Mention spéciale pour Richard’s Villa : un coup de coeur qui dure depuis plus de 6 ans !
I recommend the agency and properties of Trip Algarve with their eyes closed.
Each year I rent villas around the world (US, France, Mexico, Mauritius, Asia, ...) via various online services or different agencies, but in 10 years, I never had real estate properties as top , as well as a professional service in Portugal! Trip Algarve places customer and / or renter satisfaction at the center of its development with real human values. Bonus: they know the market and the different goods to perfection, give you very good advice and speak French, Portuguese, English, Spanish ... which is convenient for a set of administrative procedures! Finally, if you're just going on vacation: ask Maria to share her good ideas off the beaten path!
Special mention for Richard's Villa: a blow of heart that lasts for more than 6 years!
