Este é o funcionamento da maquina após a reparacão prestada pela Tritecnica, empresa sugerida pela Atencão ao Cliente da Whirlpool em Portugal que propos fazer um seguro com a Domestic & General. Nenhuma destas empresas demonstra disponibilidade para resolver o problema. Pessimo Repair service that took 4 months. None of these companies is willing to solve the problem.

I've contacted the Whirlpool, Ariston line in Portugal to request assistance to repair my washing machine in Vilamoura Algarve. The Whirlpool line suggested a warranty extension and scheduled a technician to come to my home to do the repair. 3 visits later and 3 weeks waiting for some parts the technician had the wrong parts ordered and decided to take the washing machine for repair. 3 months passed and no sing of the machine. When I decided to call them, the machine was "ready" but they were not available to schedule the delivery for weeks. Closed on weekend, holidays and the day before the holidays it took them 4 weeks to accept to deliver. To my surprise, when they deliver the machine it was still making bumping and scratching noises while washing! Stay away from this company, very unprofessional.
