Passado uns dias liguei, para acertar pormenores, disseram-me que afinal não dava para aquela data, que tinham outros agendamentos e que não tinham dado conta. Se não tivesse ligado, chegava ao dia e não apareciam...
I tried to use the moving services. They forgot to send me a quote, when I called they realized it. I accepted the budget and we scheduled the date. After a few days I called, to settle details, they told me that after all it was not possible for that date, that they had other appointments and that they had not been able to handle it. If I hadn't called, the day would come and they wouldn't show up ...
