Comprei um peixe cheio de ictio, nao reparei e nem alertado fui... Alem do peixe estar morrer, comprometeu o aquário. Próxima vez, ja irei pensar duas vezes... Fui a esta loja a cerca de 1 semana comprar peixes de duas especies e pondo de lado o atendimento ao cliente "interessante" para nao dizer outra coisa, alguns dos peixes que comprei estao neste momento infetados com ich demonstrando que nao fazem quarentena aos peixes. Acrescento também que quando cheguei a casa apos ter comprado os peixes tinha dois neon mortos no saco (a viagem nao chegou aos 10 min), liguei de imediato para a loja e apos ter explicado a situaçao a resposta que me foi dada com um riso foi "entao nao lhe disseram que os peixes so chegaram a 4 dias". Lack of professionalism. I went to this store about 1 week ago to buy fish of two species and putting aside the "interesting" customer service to say the least, some of the fish I bought are now infected with ich demonstrating that they do not quarantine the fish. I also add that when I got home after buying the fish I had two neon dead in the bag (the trip did not arrive at 10 min), I immediately called the store and after explaining the situation the answer I was given with a laugh was "so they didn’t tell him that the fish only arrived in 4 days".
