Paulo and Mandy Da Silva – Albufeira
TRT Algarve came into being during 2017 which was a dream of ours whilst living in South Africa. Having spent the first part of our married lives in South Africa and having visited the Algarve over many years on family holidays we decided a new start in the beautiful and sunny Algarve was where we wanted to be. We had already known for a while that we would eventually end up living in Albufeira for our retirement so we decided to make the move earlier rather than later. We put our plan into action and moved to Albufeira during February of 2017 to assist our Mom, Maria, with renting out the family Villa. Mom and Dad had built the villa in 1981 as their family holiday home which then became a holiday rental due to the demand for holiday homes in Albufeira because of the increasing year on year tourism market.
Subsequent to taking over the management of Villa Tibouchina we added more properties to the Da Silva family Portfolio due to our growing understanding of the property rental and property management rental markets in Albufeira.
We are happy to assist you with your needs should you wish to book a holiday, purchase a property, or if you require any property management services in the Albufeira area. We can also offer tips and ideas if you are moving to the Algarve region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If we could give more than five out of five, we would! Has everything except egg-cups, but maybe we just didn't find them. Mandy and Paulo are lovely people. Took us on a tour to get our bearings, which really helped. Very well equipped, spotlessly clean villa.
