O senhor q nos atendeu, tremia e estava absolutamente descontrolado.............................foi muito mau.
Mas há dois anos fui excelentemente atendida por este mesmo senhor.
É uma pena , sonhei comprar aqui a minha casa.

The man who answered us, trembled and was absolutely out of control ............................. it was very bad.
But two years ago I was excellently attended by this same gentleman.
It's a shame, I dreamed of buying my house here.
