When we do not go there, they call us and request to give them the business, when we give them they don't cooperate and do as they want. They do not work with the honesty.

Very bad place to repair your phone!! I went in because my iPhone display was broken and needed to replace. Everything else was working fine, my front and back camera were working great and they replaced my screen and damaged my front camera, now it’s not working, they don’t give you receipts so you can not complain much and when I called to report the issue (which I had to call around 1 hour, because they were not picking up the phone) they don’t even honor guarantee,they implied I have to pay again for tech support. By the way you can’t either see what they do with your phone because tech support at their facilities is closed door, also if you don’t speak Portuguese, they try to ripoff you with the prices too, because they think you are rich (foreigner = money). I had to fight for a fair price. Yeah they changed my display at low cost but the screw my camera, DON’t do this to yourself and DON’T take your PHONE there!!! .

I was here to repair display of my phone. As I needed it emergency, they were ready to repair within 45 minutes, but later 45 minutes they told me, there is some problem in new display, so come tomorrow to pick up it. But I requested them to repare today, because I am far from them and they also agreed to make it within 45 minutes, so I paid for it. Then they told me to wait 30 minutes more and I waited for 30 minutes. Later I asked for back protection cover, and paid 10 euro more for it before putting back cover. But again they could not found it on store and ask me to come tomorrow. So I went there now but still I couldn't get it, for which i paid yesterday. Poor service, less responsible, just opposite of expectations. Two stars for some sort of humbleness.

I'll tell my experience so anyone that decides to repair there phones here are VERY CAREFUL. I came here to repair my phone, cause the store looks organized, clean and it's in the main street. After talking with one of the employees and getting a budget. He tells me that I had to give them my phone password so the technician after repairing it could check that everything works. (RED FLAG, NEVER GIVE YOUR PHONE PASSWORD TO ANYONE) I told him I would not leave my password with them and when I return to pick up the phone we could check it together, he tried to insist that the password was needed. But eventually accepted the fact that I wasn't going to give it to them. He was also very curious if my SIM card was still inside and when tried to take it out, said he couldn't. Wish I didn't think anything bad about it at the moment. After all of this I turn off my phone and handed it over to be repair at 14h. I was told it would take 2h to fix the phone. I returned at 16h to pick up my phone, wish they did a decent job to fix, but to my surprise when I turn on my phone I receive a notification that an unknown number was verified and linked to my GMAIL account at 15h13. When my phone was in there possession. I have strong security in all my accounts, so linking the number was all they could do. What the very shady people in this store did, was to take out my SIM card place it in another phone and place another SIM in my phone. Very unethical, just imagine how many good hearted people fall into there trap and get there personal information or pictures stolen. If you're a tourist or expat that doesn't speak Portuguese, I would really avoid this store. And if you decide to repair it here, make sure to take out your SIM card, memory card and have a strong password in the case they need to turn it on.

Dear, We are proud that our Indian brother doing good business. But I want to give you feedback so that you can increase productivity and business. 1.On Monday I checked the price to change phone battery was 15 euro. But on Wednesday I came to replace then again cross check the price and your repair counter person told me 25 Euro. Then I told on Monday I checked already at that time you told me 15 now why it is 25. Then he told he will do in 15 euro. So like these people are not good. Please take care from like these people and save customers money. 2.You have more staff in your phone repairing shop. I visited 3 times in your shop and I see most of them are doing time-pass. Mostly in repair counter only one person handling a queue of people and sometime no one stand there for phone repair entry. As I see you appointed 3-4 person on repair counter but mostly working 1 person at a time and sometime no one. So told your guys to stand there and handle customer’s queue. You guys giving 1st impression as bad impression. For shopkeepers they are doing well but with normal person they are doing partiality. 3.Your guys did not follow the queue system they give preference to their knowns. 4. In your shop I am feeling like Indian Government system. No one asking what you need, why you are her, for what you are waiting in side shop. Long wait to on counter to get appointment.
