Qualquer acidente ou ouyra situação do género, chegar ao carro e este astar todo riscado, se a reparação custa-se 4000 eu tinha que desembolsar 3000. Tive que pagar extra para anular essa franquia. E isto tudo com um carro dado pelo seguro. Car with smell of urine ... Insurance with deductible depending on the vehicle .... in my case 3000 euros. Any accident or other situation like that, getting to the car and getting it all scratched, if the repair costs 4000 I had to pay 3000. I had to pay extra to cancel this franchise. And all this with a car provided by insurance.

Pelas restrições impostas pelo Covid-19 só permitem a entrada de um cliente de cada vez e até aí tudo bem, o problema é que em dias de chuva como foi o caso nem de um toldo dispõem no exterior, ou seja os clientes esperam para ser atendidos na rua à chuva. No meu caso estávamos 2 pessoas cá fora, eu apenas tinha que devolver 1 viatura (e informei um dos funcionários disso mesmo) e esperei 30 minutos à chuva. Durante todo este tempo estiveram no interior 3 funcionários para atender apenas um cliente!! Total falta de eficiência. Poor service. H	Hugo Baptista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridícula a regra de permitir a entrada de apenas 1 pessoa , mesmo sendo em altura covid e mais lamentável a resposta da recepção ser "são da mesma família mas nós não" (algo do gênero porque não fixei o discurso) quando antes de entrar estavam 2 colaboradores e um deles sem máscara. A agravar a situação estão perto de 30 graus sem sombra e sem hipótese de me sentar ... Serve de experiência para nunca mais me lembrar da Turiscar (pelo menos a de Vilar do paraíso) The rule of allowing the entry of only 1 person is ridiculous, even at a covid height and the most regrettable response from the reception is "they are from the same family but we are not" (something like that because I didn't fix the speech) when before entering there were 2 collaborators and one of them without a mask. To make matters worse, it's close to 30 degrees with no shade and no chance to sit... It serves as an experience to never remember Turiscar (at least Vilar do Paraíso)

Demasiados pagos múltiples según servicios extra contratados, que podrían condensarse en uno final. Vamos que la burocracia autoimpuesta, me lleva a rebajar la valoración del buen trato recibido y experiencia del vehículo. Ils vous conseillent l'assurance tous risques, qui semble cher si votre location s'éternise mais on ne sait jamais ce qui peut arriver. Les voitures sont quasi neuves. Une belle équipe de jeunes dynamiques et professionnels. We were pleasantly surprised by the reception, more welcoming and explanatory than our insurance. They recommend all-risk insurance, which seems expensive if your rental lasts but you never know what can happen. The cars are almost new. A great team of young, dynamic and professional people.
