★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente esperienza negativa...una fregatura...si sono presi 5 euro e mi hanno lasciato allo chalet sotto la montagna dove si trova il palacio de la pena...in pratica ho dovuto allungare a piedi in salita per giungere al Palacio...approfittatori !!
Absolutely negative experience ... a rip off ... they took 5 euros and left me at the chalet under the mountain where the palacio de la pena is located ... in practice I had to stretch uphill to reach the Palacio. ..profiters !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención que tuvimos en la oficina de turismo por parte de la chica que estaba “vendiendo” los billetes para ver Sintra fue nefasta. A parte de ni siquiera hacer el esfuerzo por ayudarnos a saber que visitar o que no (para eso estan los puntos de información) no fue capaz ni de indicarnos en un mapa donde coger los autobuses. Fue muy desagradable. La organización para visitar Sintra es un completo caos. Recomiendo que vayais con los deberes hechos y que no perdais el tiempo en la Oficina de Turismo. Da muchisimo mejor servicio los conductores de los autobuses y los voluntarios que hay en la calle. Estuve a punto de poner una reclamacion por el trato recibido. Lo dice alguien que es Informadora Turistica desde hace años.
The attention we had at the tourist office from the girl who was "selling" the tickets to see Sintra was disastrous. Apart from not even making the effort to help us know what to visit or not (that's what the information points are for), he was not even able to tell us on a map where to catch the buses. It was very unpleasant. The organization to visit Sintra is in complete chaos. I recommend that you go with your homework done and that you don't waste time at the Tourist Office. Bus drivers and volunteers on the street give much better service. I was about to make a claim for the treatment received. It is said by someone who has been a Tourist Informant for years.
