â â â â â Ce sont des choses que je n'aime pas faire mais je suis obligĂ© d'informer les gens qui sont clients ou intĂ©ressĂ©s par cette boutique...
J'ai laissĂ© un Huawei p20 lite pour rĂ©paration Ă©cran+coque fissurĂ© un mardi aprĂšs midi, la gentillesse de l'employĂ© me dit qu'il sera prĂȘt aprĂšs 40 minutes... Super j'accepte, en milieu d'aprĂšs midi je rĂ©cupĂšre le mobile rĂ©parĂ©, je demande Ă mettre un plexi pour protĂ©ger l'Ă©cran, le total de la facture est de 85 euros sans facture.
En fin de journée, le portable commence a se mettre en défaut avec des reboot inssessant avec impossibilité d'utiliser celui ci (huawei erecovery). Le lendemain je retourne a la boutique, jattends 30 minutes pour qu'on me dise de le laisser 3 jours afin de solutionner le problÚme. AprÚs 3 jours, le patron me demande de le garder encore 3 jours car il n'a pas encore trouver la solution, ok a ce moment je garde mon calme et le patron me fait signer une charte qui se déresponsabilise de tout problÚme et casse du portable, (dans mon esprit, le téléphone est foutu, il ne trouvera pas la solution et me restitua le téléphone HS...)
Passé ces trois jours a la demande du patron, je retourne à la boutique, et on me fait attendre plus d'une heure en me disant que c'est presque fini, et a mon retour, voilà le patron qui arrive la fleur au fusil en me disant qu'il a tout mis en oeuvre pour répondre à ma demande, alors qu'il savait trÚs bien qu'il n'arriverai pas remettre à faire fonctionner le portable. Donc je suis reparti avec un mobile parfaitement neuf d'apparence mais pas en mesure de m'en servir de nouveau (prix du portable +/- 200euros neuf)
Donc pour resumer, une semaine d'attente pour rien, vacances foutus car pas de mobile, et en aucun cas un prĂȘter pour courtoisie vraiment exĂ©crable hormis la gentillesse et le sourire de l'employĂ©.
RĂ©sultat: Ă mon retour de vacances, je demande Ă un expert de la telephonie et de la marque, le diagnostic tombe, tĂ©lĂ©phone HS car les composants a l'intĂ©rieur ont Ă©tĂ© endommagĂ© ainsi que la carte mĂšre, donc 200euros plus 85 euros de la rĂ©paration passĂ© par les fenĂȘtres....
Je dĂ©conseille vraiment ce magasin, et je remet en cause leur maniĂšre de travailler ainsi que leurs honnĂȘtetĂ© et crĂ©dibilitĂ©

I left a Huawei p20 lite for screen + cracked shell repair on a Tuesday afternoon, the kindness of the employee told me that he will be ready after 40 minutes ... Great I accept, in the middle of the afternoon I recovers the repaired mobile, I ask to put a plexiglass to protect the screen, the total of the invoice is 85 euros without invoice.
At the end of the day, the laptop begins to fail with inssessant reboots with the impossibility of using this one (huawei erecovery). The next day I return to the store, I wait 30 minutes for someone to tell me to leave it for 3 days in order to solve the problem. After 3 days, the boss asks me to keep him for another 3 days because he has not yet found the solution, ok at this time I keep my calm and the boss makes me sign a charter which takes no responsibility for any problem and breaks the portable, (in my mind, the phone is screwed, it will not find the solution and gave me back the phone out of order ...)
After these three days at the boss's request, I go back to the shop, and they make me wait more than an hour, telling me it's almost over, and when I come back, the boss arrives with the flower to the gun telling me that he did everything to meet my request, when he knew very well that he will not be able to get the laptop working again. So I left with a perfectly new mobile in appearance but not able to use it again (price of the mobile +/- 200 euros new)
So to sum up, a week of waiting for nothing, ruined vacation because no mobile, and in no case a loan for courtesy really execrable apart from the kindness and the smile of the employee.
Result: when I returned from vacation, I asked an expert in the telephony and the brand, the diagnosis fell, phone out of order because the components inside were damaged as well as the motherboard, so 200 euros plus 85 euros of the repair gone through the windows ....
I really do not recommend this store, and I question their way of working as well as their honesty and credibility
Not at all professional, only there to take clients' money !!!!

â â â â â Ainda estou a espera do contacto deles para reparem o telemĂłvel. (ligaram 3 dias depois, a dizer que jĂĄ tinham a peça). Ficou a reparar, contudo em vez de demorar as 24h previstas demorou 36h (causando-me normais transtornos) pois a dita peça estava avariada. Salvou o serviço porque informaram-me do que se estava a passar e pelo vistoso atendimento.
I'm still waiting for their contact to fix my cell phone. (they called 3 days later, saying they already had the piece). It was to repair, however instead of taking the expected 24 hours it took 36 hours (causing me normal disturbances) because the said part was damaged. He saved the service because I was informed of what was going on and for the eye-catching service.
