M	Manuel Levita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogância muita ,simpatia é nula, entrei com a minha mulher e ficamos 4/5 minutos em pé porque só me mostravam o menu quando estivesse sentado, nem qualquer tipo de informação acerca da comida. Nem cheguei a sentar-me, dei meia volta e saímos. Recomendo vivamente a não frequentar este restaurante, pelo menos enquanto estas pessoas estiverem atrás do balcão. Very arrogance, sympathy is nil, I entered with my wife and we stood for 4/5 minutes because they only showed me the menu when I was seated, nor any information about the food. I didn't even sit down, I turned around and we left. I strongly recommend not going to this restaurant, at least while these people are behind the counter.

Quando fui dizer que a comida tinha um sabor horrível é que não fui só eu a não conseguir comer disseram me que era muito estranho porque a carne é do talho e não tiveram o mínimo de cuidado ao cliente. Nem na minha casa nem de amigos aceito a comida naqueles preparos, a nunca repetir I ordered a plain hamburger, something you can't mislead, it tasted awful and you could clearly see that it was frozen and full of fat. When I went to say that the food tasted awful, it was not just me who couldn't eat they told me it was very strange because the meat comes from the butcher and they didn't care for the customer. I don't accept the food in those preparations at home or friends, never to be repeated
A	Antonio Carvalho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIVEL. Simplesmente Horrivel, pedi mais a minha mulher hoje dia 31/10/2021, um dos pratos do dia, bifes panados de frango pedimos menu. Quando nao e o nosso espanto que apos 25 minutos de espera, e apos pedido de desculpa do empregado porque "tinha havido um problema na cozinha" veem panados de frango daqueles congelados acompanhar com batata frita e arroz. Confrontamos o empregado no qual disse que era congelado mas pelos cozinheiros, nada me tira da ideia e suspeitamos logo que pelo aquele aspeto e sabor que nao era nenhum devem ter foi ido ao AUCHAN ali ao lado buscar os bifes. Mais uma vez HORRIVEL, e nao recomendo a ninguem. HORRIBLE. Simply Horrible, I ordered more from my wife today 10/31/2021, one of the dishes of the day, breaded chicken steaks, we ordered from the menu. When it's not our surprise that after 25 minutes of waiting, and after an apology from the employee because "there had been a problem in the kitchen", they see breaded chicken from those frozen foods to accompany with fries and rice. We confronted the employee who said it was frozen, but for the cooks, nothing takes me out of the idea and we suspected that because of that look and taste that was none, they must have gone to the AUCHAN next door to pick up the steaks. Once again HORRIBLE, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Falta de preocupação por parte do restaurante em tentar perceber se algo estava mal. Dinheiro mal gasto. Molho que parece caldo de Knorr. Pior sítio onde comemos desde sempre. Dou 1 porque não e possível dar 0. Horrible! The francesinha had terrible meat, we ordered it with beef and clearly served with roast beef (but they insisted it was a steak). Lack of concern on the part of the restaurant in trying to figure out if something was wrong. Money badly spent. Sauce that looks like Knorr broth. Worst place we've ever eaten. I give 1 because it is not possible to give 0.
