 These containers are a shame. Half the world put their hands in it, take out the bags, open it, search and leave it in the middle of the floor. It is not understood how AGERE allows this!

People take the bags inside, spread the contents on the floor and turn this place into a great attraction for bad smell, repellent aspect.
