★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 31.outubro, 2020 marcaquei exames médicos, aos quais cheguei com antecedência e atenpadamente para serem realizados à hora prevista, fiquei numa fila a espera para tirar a senha, uma funcionária de cabelo solto e sem touca e mal humorada deu-me a senha e perguntou se eu tinha Covid-19, ao qual eu respondi que não sabia obrigou - me a tirar o boné para medir a febre e encostou o aparelho a testa. Demorou mais 30 minutos para entrar para a sala de espera, a recepção estava apinhada de gente sem haver distanciamento social. Cheguei a sala de espera e não estava praticamente ninguém, ao fim de mais de 1 hora perguntei como é que as pessoas estavam a ser chamadas a minha frente e eu continuava a espera, a responsável veio falar comigo e disse, que eu estava a espera porque tinhas muitos exames para fazer e que não sabia quando me ia chamar, pedi os P1 de volta e vim embora sem ser atendida, pois para comprir com a hora não tinha tomado o pequeno almoço. Estou indignada e não volto as instalações sitas na Rua Augusto Simões, não é forma de se tratar um utente e cidadão em plano ano de 2020.
31.October, 2020 I scheduled medical exams, which I arrived in advance and in time to be performed at the scheduled time, I was in a queue waiting to get the password, an employee with loose hair and no cap and in a bad mood gave me the password and asked if I had Covid-19, to which I replied that I didn't know, forced me to take off my cap to measure the fever and put the device against my forehead. It took another 30 minutes to enter the waiting room, the reception was crowded with people without any social distance. I arrived at the waiting room and there was practically no one, after more than 1 hour I asked how people were being called in front of me and I continued to wait, the person in charge came to talk to me and said, I was waiting because you had a lot of tests to do and you didn't know when you were going to call me, I asked for the P1s back and left without being answered, because to make up for the hour I hadn't had breakfast. I am indignant and do not go back to the facilities located at Rua Augusto Simões, it is not a way to treat a user and citizen in the year 2020 plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ liguei para marcar um exame atendeu uma mulher muito arrugante mal educada a peguntar qual era o exame, eu disse o nome em seguida ela respondeu, se era por o sns eu disse que sim no momento desligou o telefone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a marcação para uma endoscopia para as 12 h quando cheguei à clínica foi-me dito que o exame estava atrasado em 1h esperei passando 1h perguntei à menina na qual me disse que ainda tinha 2 pessoas há minha frente preciso tomar medicação estava em jejum tinha que esperar não têm respeito pelos doentes não volto mais a esta clínica vou fazer o exame noutra
