A primeira pessoa, o seu registo não se encontrava no computador, a segunda não pôde ser atendida porque durante o almoço a informática não funciona bem e eu que quase ia embora sem entregar análises por uma falha de conhecimento por parte da funcionária da secretaria. Ainda houve um quarto utente que saiu muito chateado porque ali não fazia um certo tipo de serviço.
