sim eu ja enviei email ha uma semana e não me disseram nada por isso não vale a pena dizerem para enviar email, não resolvem nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço é mesmo muito mau , não recomendo usar a Unilabs de Valongo ! O resultado aparece inconclusivo e a recolha de material não é satisfatória sendo assim forçando você a repetir o teste e pagar 100 euros novamente ! Contactei a Unilabs por telefone e a solução dada era refazer novamente o teste e pagar 100€. Por isso preferi pagar na Germano de Sousa onde fui muito bem atendido e com garantia de um resultado, ou positivo, ou negativo.
The service is really bad , I do not recommend using Unilabs from Valongo ! The result appears inconclusive and the material collection is not satisfactory thus forcing you to repeat the test and pay 100 euros again! I contacted Unilabs by phone and the solution given was to redo the test again and pay €100. That's why I preferred to pay at Germano de Sousa where I was very well attended and with a guarantee of a result, either positive or negative.
