A negligência do médico responsável fez se notar logo após a 1 semana. A minha mãe contraiu uma infecção urinária logo na primeira semana e tal só foi tratada passado 2semanas após minha insistência devido às dores constantes abdominais. O médico sempre negligenciou.
Nas visitas semanais a minha mãe sempre se mostrou com dores. Pedi para eu própria levar a minha mãe às urgências e foi me negado.
A minha mãe faleceu no dia 30 de Outubro nessa mesma instituição .
 My mother Inês Dias spent 2 months in this institution.
The negligence of the responsible physician was noticed shortly after 1 week. My mother contracted a urinary infection in the first week and this was only treated 2 weeks after my insistence due to constant abdominal pain. The doctor always neglected it.
On weekly visits my mother was always in pain. I asked to take my mother to the emergency room myself and I was denied.
My mother died on the 30th of October in that same institution.
