★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es sollte ein Wohlfühltag werden. Pedicura und Manicura und Gesichtsbehandlung. Da ich nicht getrennt bewerten kann, gibt es eine gute Benotung für Pedicura und Manicura. Sehr nett, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Preis / Leistung ist mehr oder weniger ok. Die Gesichtsbehandlung (durchgeführt von einer weiteren Angestellten) bekommt von mir 0 Sterne. Keine Beratung, kein Gerät zu Bedampfung des Gesichtsfeldes bzw. auch Bereinigung von Hautunreinheiten. Einfach nur: gesäubert, eine Tinktur verwendet, welche Schmerzen auf der Haut verursacht, dann eine Gesichtsmaske (ohne Absprache welcher Art). Zwischendurch verließ die Dame etl. Male den Behandlungsraum - wobei sie ihr Handy da ließ, welches sich mehrmals lautstark zu Wort melde, mit eingehenden Nachrichten. Von Entspannung war dieses Erlebnis weit entfernt. Nach der Gesichtsmaske wurden noch 3-4 verschiedene Cremes aufgetragen - ohne Erklärung - was jetzt eigentlich gemacht wird - diese wurden wenig professionel - durch eine kleine Massage (eigentlich mehr ein streicheln der Haut) aufgetragen. Auf meine Frage ob sie mir auch vielleicht die Augenbrauen zupfen könnte, war die Antwort: Das mache ich nicht. Wo gibt es denn so etwas. Eine "angebliche" ausgebildete Kosmetikerin, welche die Grundvoraussetzungen ihrer Arbeit nicht beherrscht. Sorry, es war eine Erfahrung... die ich nicht noch einmal wiederholen möchte. Dafür ist jeder Preis zu teuer... (Bezogen auf die Gesichtsbehandlung, nicht auf Maniküre und Pediküre).
 It should be a feel-good day. Pedicura and manicura and facial treatment. Since I cannot evaluate separately, there is a good grade for Pedicura and Manicura. Very nice, competent and courteous. Price / performance is more or less ok. The facial treatment (carried out by another employee) got 0 stars from me. No advice, no device for steaming the visual field or cleaning up skin impurities. Just: cleaned, used a tincture that caused pain on the skin, then a face mask (without asking what kind). In between, the lady left etl. Paint the treatment room - leaving her cell phone there, which repeatedly voices loudly with incoming messages. This experience was far from relaxing. After the face mask, 3-4 different creams were applied - without explanation - what is actually being done now - these were not very professionally applied by a small massage (actually more of a caressing of the skin). When I asked if she could pluck my eyebrows, the answer was: I won't do that. Where is there such a thing. An "alleged" trained beautician who does not master the basic requirements of her work. Sorry, it was an experience ... I don't want to repeat it again. Any price is too expensive for that ... (based on the facial treatment, not on manicure and pedicure).

Во-первых, мастер понимает с полуслова, на уровне интуиции.. мне не пришлось ничего объяснять! Результат превзошёл мои ожидания! Спасибо! И стрижка, и тонирование супер! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had manicures/ gel nails for year but I have never had such a fantastic, thorough and beautiful result. I also had brow treatment which was excellent .Tatiana was unbelievably good at this and I must recommend this salon. You will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premise: We came here after having had a bad experience in another salon in town. And... Wow ?
First of all the girls are extremely nice and helpful, they immediately put you at ease. We went to this salon to remedy a bad cut made elsewhere, and the girl who welcomed us booked us an appointment that same evening.
The cut was made by the owner (Lana) ... patient, understanding and absolutely PROFESSIONAL. She listened my husband very carefully and understood exactly what he wanted.
What can I say, my husband was ENTHUSIASTIC (and he is not one who is easily satisfied).
If you are in the area, do not hesitate. this is the place you are looking for. 100% recommended.
