★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As grandes empresas de sucesso distinguem-se pois são guiadas por grandes líderes. No caso deste espaço, é nitidamente o que lhe falta. Alguém que saiba organizar um serviço e uma equipa. Tem empregados muito simpáticos e muito profissionais mas sem a devida liderança. Resido em Lisboa e nunca tinha tido uma experiência tão má num restaurante. Serviço lento - quatro pratos de comida demoraram 1h20m ! Entregaram os pratos sem acompanhamento, bebidas vinham directamente da outra margem do rio dado a demora no serviço também. Ainda posso referir que Frango na Pucara, não é frango de churrasco com um molho qualquer servido numa pucara. Não sou chef, mas se quiserem posso ensinar o chef a fazer esse prato. Enfim, fraca qualidade e tudo muito demorado. Um restaurante que não pensamos visitar.
Successful big companies are distinguished because they are led by great leaders. In the case of this space, it is clearly what you lack. Someone who knows how to organize a service and a team. It has very friendly employees and very professional but without the proper leadership. I lived in Lisbon and had never had such a bad experience in a restaurant. Slow service - four food dishes took 1h20m! They delivered the dishes without accompaniment, drinks came directly from the other side of the river given the delay in the service as well. I can still mention that Chicken in Pucara, it is not barbecue chicken with any sauce served in a pucara. I am not a chef, but if you want I can teach the chef how to make this dish. Anyway, poor quality and all very time consuming. A restaurant that we did not plan to visit.
