Devido à pandemia, a festa teve de ser adiada e deram-me a escolher entre reembolso ou escolha de outra atividade quando fosse possível. Escolhi reembolso. Desde Junho de 2020 que peço à sra Carla Guerra a devolução do sinal e até à data ainda não me devolveu. Aos e-mails nunca responde e quando lhe telefono diz-me que fará a transferência ainda nesse dia. Estou saturada desta atitude da senhora, só revela falta de respeito e de profissionalismo para com o cliente.
I made a reservation for a birthday party in March 2020. Due to the pandemic, the party had to be postponed and I was given the choice between refunding or choosing another activity when possible. I chose refund. Since June 2020 I have asked Ms. Carla Guerra to return the deposit and to date she has not returned it to me. He never responds to e-mails and when I call him he tells me he will make the transfer that day. I'm saturated with this attitude of the lady, it only reveals a lack of respect and professionalism towards the client.
