esclareceu tudo o que precisei.
entretanto surgiu uma duvida e eu voltei a ligar e atendeu me uma outra pessoa, uma colega malcriada, arrogante e que não pode estar em atendimento ao publico com esta forma de falar com as pessoas. até me disse; "se quiser vá ao Google"
Não é aceitável e nem admissível este tipo de tratamento ao publico.

This type of treatment to the public is neither acceptable nor admissible.
