Nem há quase consultas. Chegamos à entrada prenchemos um papel para a medica entrar contato connosco,(que ainda estou à espera). O centro vazio so com funcionários.
Custa atender um telefone. É pior as pessoas nao conseguem por telefone, teem de se deslocar ao centro de saude.
Why don't they answer the phones?
Nor are there nearly consultations. We arrived at the entrance and filled out a paper for the doctor to contact us, (which I am still waiting for). The empty center is staffed only.
It costs to answer a phone. It is worse that people cannot get on the phone, they have to go to the health center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não se entende por que motivo os funcionários administrativos não atendem os telefones. Eles dizem que sim mas é mentira. É claro que as pessoas podem ir a pé, mas S. Marcos fica numa encosta. Qualquer pessoa de idade tem muita dificuldade. Em tudo o mais os médicos, enfermeiras etc são impecáveis. são as administrativas que são uma praga de inúteis.
It is difficult to understand why the administrative staff do not answer the phones. They say yes but it's a lie. Of course people can walk, but S. Marcos is on a hillside. Any old person has a lot of difficulty. In everything else the doctors, nurses etc are impeccable. it is the administrative ones that are a plague of useless people.
