★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indignada com o tratamento para com um cliente! Tenho pago um material desde final do ano passado! Depois de 2 semanas sem qualquer prazo de entrega, dão o dia 10.01.2018 como entrega do material. Entregaram, mas com as dimensões mal! Teve de voltar para trás e agora tenho como previsão de entrega no início de Fevereiro, passados quase 2 meses! Evitar esta empresa ao máximo!
Outraged by the treatment towards a customer! I've been paying for material since the end of last year! After 2 weeks without any delivery deadline, 10.01.2018 will be delivered as material. They delivered, but with dimensions barely! He had to go back and now I expect delivery in early February, after almost 2 months! Avoid this company as much as possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri uma frente de duche da Utilzás, numa loja de revenda (grande superfície de venda de várias marcas), a qual não deu nenhuma assistência pós-compra ao produto que adquiri.
Telefonei para a diretamente para a Utilzás, que me enviaram sem qualquer custo (quer do material, quer do envio) as peças que necessitava, e posteriormente ainda enviaram um técnico a minha casa fazer a substituição das mesmas.
Com todo pessoal que falei por telemóvel foram profissionais/pessoas de excelência, super simpáticas, incluindo o técnico que veio a minha casa.
Dos acessórios da Utilzás, alguns dos quais possuo, outros já possui (em outra habitação que tive), tenho a melhor informação a dar dos mesmos.
À Utilzás agradeço toda a atenção que teve para comigo.

I acquired a shower head from Utilzás, in a resale store (large sales area of several brands), which did not give any post-purchase assistance to the product I purchased.
I called Utilzás directly, who sent me the parts I needed without any cost (either material or shipping), and later they even sent a technician to my house to replace them.
With all the people I spoke to on the phone, they were excellent professionals / people, super friendly, including the technician who came to my house.
Of Utilzás accessories, some of which I own, others I already have (in another room I had), I have the best information to give of them.
I would like to thank Utilzás for all the attention he had for me.
