★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em Janeiro/ Fevereiro 2020 fizemos o Curso de Preparação para o Nascimento com a Sandra neste espaço e foi espectacular! Aprendi tanta coisa importante sobre parto, pós-parto e amamentação - acho que o meu parto correu tão bem também por causa desta preparação! Foram 5 tardes de sábado com muita informação e não só, foi um ambiente tão agradável e amistoso! Ainda comecei a fazer yoga para grávidas no mesmo espaço (também fantástico), infelizmente ficou interrompido pelo covid-19... Se calhar posso continuar depois com um curso de yoga pós-parto! :-)
In January / February 2020 we took the Birth Preparation Course with Sandra in this space and it was spectacular! I learned so much about delivery, postpartum and breastfeeding - I think my delivery went so well also because of this preparation! There were 5 Saturday afternoons with lots of information and not only, it was such a pleasant and friendly environment! I still started doing yoga for pregnant women in the same space (also fantastic), unfortunately it was interrupted by the covid-19 ... Maybe I can continue later with a postpartum yoga course! :-)
