Restaurante tradicional português, simples, com ambiente e atendimento agradável. Em relação à refeição... Choco frito à Setubalense estupendendo, bem cozinhado. Batata frita impecável. Comi Mousse de chocolate como sobremesa, que achei normal. Adorei e voltarei.
Restaurant where fried cuttlefish is the specialty. It had been on my list for some time and I finally visited. Traditional Portuguese restaurant, simple, with a pleasant atmosphere and service. Regarding the meal... Stupendous fried cuttlefish à Setubalense, well cooked. Flawless potato chips. I had Chocolate Mousse for dessert, which I thought was normal. I loved it and will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afinal não é necessário ir a Setúbal para comer um bom choco frito. Doses bem servidas, embora a um preço similar ou até superior aos bons restaurantes de Setúbal.
Choco saboroso, bem confeccionado, faltando no entanto uma textura mais crocante. Molhos interessantes e salada com vinagre balsâmico.
Pessoal afável.
Sala de refeições em espaço fechado numa zona em que a vista para a serra d'aire seria uma mais valia.
Balanço positivo e aconselhável.

Tasty cuttlefish, well made, but lacking a crunchier texture. Interesting sauces and salad with balsamic vinegar.
Affable staff.
Dining room in a closed space in an area where a view of the Serra d'aire would be an asset.

Hard to see from the outside, it even looks closed at a first glance, but once you get in everything changes.
A tipical portuguese lunchtime restaurante, there is the fried cuttlefish as a specialitty with nothing over fancy, but with everything you want for a tasty meal.
The other options are well done, with a general overall quality that is easily recognized (the salads,wine....)
It was a pleasant surprise to find.
