Qual não é o meu espanto quando me desloco cerca de 20kms neste sabado 15/10/17 (ontem) e chego 10 minutos antes do horario de encerramento, e os funcionários estão ca fora, com o estabelecimento ja encerrado, e mesmo após falar comigo recusaram-se a me atender... Indo alguns embora...e outros digirindo-se ao café em frente.
Isto demostra uma falta de profissionalismo pura por parte destes funcionários.
Venho aqui expor isto para que os patrões sejam informados...pois é inadimissivel.
Vou me dirigir ao local durante a proxima semana e apresentar a mesma reclamação no livro.
E assim se perdem clientes.
He had been a customer for some time.
What is not my amazement when I travel about 20kms this Saturday 10/15/17 (yesterday) and I arrive 10 minutes before the closing time, and the employees are out, with the establishment already closed, and even after talking to me they refused to answer me ... some leaving ... and others going to the cafe opposite.
This demonstrates a lack of pure professionalism on the part of these employees.
I come here to expose this so that the bosses are informed ... because it is inadmissible.
I will go to the site over the next week and file the same complaint in the book.
And so customers are lost.
