You make your own salad or sandwich choosing the components.
Natural juices are also offered, you can get fresh fruits too.
Nice quality and price, but it is not a typical restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a sandwich with seafood paste, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes and lettuce. It was very very tasty and fresh. The soup was great too. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients in it, as well. The music was not that good though and the cool bright white light made the ambiance less warm. It would be great if warm white lights are used. Nevertheless, the place is super clean and the staff was welcoming and very very helpful. It was my first time and they let me try some of the pastes to decide.
