Desde as marcas de bicicletas que têm na loja, de qualidade irrepreensível, aos acessórios que as tornam únicas, personalizadas, mais confortáveis e ainda mais (já tinha dito?) bonitas. Incredible curation of everything related to city, utility and especially beautiful bicycles. From the bicycle brands they have in the store, of impeccable quality, to the accessories that make them unique, personalized, more comfortable and even more (had I said?) Beautiful.

Esperava um atendimento amável e um encaminhamento na minha escolha muito conhecedor, simpático e profissional. Não foi isso que aconteceu. Esperei na rua pacientemente debaixo de chuva o momento de ser atendida (estava outro cliente dentro da loja), durante esse tempo nem uma palavra do funcionário, um bom dia, qualquer coisa...sei lá, 'é melhor vir mais tarde'...uma sensação até de ele estar a evitar contacto visual para nos desmobilizar da espera. Quando finalmente consegui entrar numa pausa desse atendimento, a atitude prevaleceu, perguntei por uma marca de bicicleta, 'estavam todas reservadas', 'está tudo esgotado'...a tal palavra para vincular e propor outras opções não chegou, apenas um deixe-me atender este cliente(o outro cliente tinha regressado do teste)...ainda esperei um bocado e depois desisti. Muito desapontada. Talvez tenha tido azar no dia em que escolhi, mas foi frustrante. I expected a friendly service and a referral in my choice very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. That is not what happened. I waited on the street patiently in the rain for the moment to be answered (there was another customer inside the store), during that time not a word from the employee, a good day, anything ... I don't know, 'it is better to come later'. ..a sensation until he is avoiding eye contact to demobilize us from waiting. When I finally managed to take a break from this service, the attitude prevailed, I asked for a bicycle brand, 'they were all reserved', 'everything is sold out' ... the word to link and propose other options did not arrive, just a meet this client (the other client had returned from the test) ... I still waited a while and then gave up. Very disappointed. Maybe I was unlucky the day I chose, but it was frustrating.

Vélo Culture carries many of the highest quality brands for cycling and it's situated conveniently in the Mercado Municipal Matosinhos. Not to be missed!
