Dão respostas antes de reflectirem nas potenciais soluções, ou perceberem o que o cliente quer na realidade. Tratarem o cliente por "você" não fica bem, para mais podia ser avô deles todos.
Esquecem que felizmente há outras casas de informática.
Ambiente um pouco soturno, talvez para poupar na luz. Ainda estão muito verdes.

A reacção à minha mensagem é exactamente a mesma com que fui tratado. A única pessoa, que nas várias vezes em que visitei a vossa loja, fui amável comigo foi uma Rapariga/Senhora.
Os elementos masculinos trataram-me com sobranceria.
Sou Auditor Internacional de ICT. Morei na Rua dos Bombeiros, digo e repito, não gostei do atendimento. Tenho 53 anos de Mecanografia, Informática, Tecnologias de Informação, Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação, em toda a sua evolução, que vivi e vivo dado que ainda estou no activo.

The reception of customers leaves something to be desired.
Give answers before reflecting on potential solutions, or realizing what the customer really wants. Treating the customer as "you" is not good, besides, I could be their grandfather.
They forget that fortunately there are other computer houses.
A little gloomy atmosphere, perhaps to save on light. They are still very green.

The reaction to my message is exactly the same as I was treated. The only person, who in the several times I visited your store, was kind to me was a Girl/Ms.
The male elements treated me with contempt.
I am an International Auditor of ICT. I lived on Rua dos Bombeiros, I say and repeat, I didn't like the service. I have 53 years of Mechanography, Computing, Information Technologies, Information and Communication Technologies, in all its evolution, which I have lived and live since I am still active.
