Estou satisfeito com o serviço, apenas acho que os relatórios deveriam ser mais detalhados como existe a opção em outros casos.

Muito cuidado. Fiz o contrato online em outubro de 2019 e até assinar ligaram-me várias vezes e mostraram bastante interesse em serem meus parceiros. Assinei baseado no apoio que disseram ser muito bom. Estamos em Março de 2020 e ainda não vieram instalar os gps (pedi 12) Já paguei 3 facturas e agora desisti de pagar um serviço que não tenho. Quando contactei a empresa via telefone disseram para enviar um e-mail a explicar o sucedido, coisa que fiz algumas vezes e até agora nada, zero respostas, zero interesse em ajudar, zero interesse em montar os gps. Neste momento só quero ver-me livre desta empresa e não sei como.... É realmente inacreditável o mau serviço e a má gestão de uma empresa supostamente líder de mercado. Não aconselho nada. Se alguém passou pelo mesmo problema agradeço que me contactem para saber o que poderei fazer pois esta “empresa” não me dá uma única resposta.
Very careful. I signed the contract online in October 2019 and even signed up they called me several times and showed a lot of interest in being my partners. I signed based on the support they said was very good. We are in March 2020 and have not yet installed the gps (I asked for 12) I have already paid 3 bills and now I gave up paying for a service that I don't have. When I contacted the company via phone they said to send an email explaining what happened, which I did a few times and so far nothing, zero responses, zero interest in helping, zero interest in setting up the gps. At the moment I just want to get rid of this company and I don't know how .... It is really unbelievable the poor service and poor management of a company that is supposedly the market leader. I don't advise anything. If someone went through the same problem, I would appreciate that you contact me to find out what I can do because this “company” does not give me a single answer.

A que a pessoa responsável pelos pagamentos, convenceu-se que já a teria pago e na verdade, não estava. Desfeitas as dúvidas e o assunto logo ficou resolvido. Os meus cumprimentos.
So far, we are totally satisfied with your services. We have, only regret, a failure on our part, with the late payment of an invoice. The person responsible for the payments was convinced that he would have already paid it and, in fact, he wasn't. The doubts were cleared and the matter was soon resolved. Best regards.

My experiences are not so very good, rather dramatic. They made a contract for an security application in my car with a person that is neither the owner of the car or the owner of the bankaccount. First to call them does not solve anything, then you have to wait at least 8 hours for somebody to respond. Which person does NOT respond or exists!!!! So another expensive phonecall and another time nobody contacts me. Sending an email, then you get an automatic reply with a ticketnumber but they do not respond on those either. Then another email and another email, more ticketnumber but NO RESPOND AT ALL!!!!! But they keep on sending invoices for a contract that has no juridical base.
