Terrible! I arrived with my cat in an emergency that had been run over. I didn't want to answer or asked what it was. Great stupid! I won't even return for free! The most funny thing is that the door was open and the Open sign hung on it!

Basta um olhar dele para o nosso amigo de 4, do que os olhos de muitos outros veterinários para sabermos exatamente qual a patologia. Agradeço muito a sinceridade e a sensibilidade que tem para com os donos dos seus pacientes quando as coisas correm menos bem.

Liguei um dia antes e expliquei o que tinha se passado, ele pediu o raio x. No dia seguindo recebo o e-mail com o parecer dele, marcamos a cirurgia. Hoje com 5 dias a Malu já anda normal, parece que nem tinha quebrado a tíbia. Achei ele super experiente. Ganhou uma cliente ?!
Dr João Alvoeiro for me and my Malu, was an excellent professional. We like the service, very attentive. I called the day before and explained what had happened, he ordered the x-ray. The next day I receive the e-mail with his opinion, we scheduled the surgery. Today with 5 days Malu is already normal, it seems that he had not even broken his tibia. I thought he was super experienced. Won a customer ?!
