Ainda lá fui umas duas vezes com animais da minha família mas definitivamente nunca mais lá volto! The veterinarian is very unsympathetic and aggressive, and very rude to talk to people ... Hoje, porque o meu cão se sente mal, liguei e atende-me uma senhora que me pede que explique o que se passa. Assim fiz. Disse que tinha consulta apara amanhã e eu disse que amanhã podia ser tarde. Disse que lhe telefonasse daí a 10 minutos. Pensava eu que seria para lhe dar tempo a conseguir-me a consulta para hoje. Telefonei ao fin dos 10 minutos e a fulana tem a lata de me dizer que agora sim, que me podia ouvir, porque "há bocado tinha aqui gente" e que a consulta era mesmo só para amanhã. Fica o aviso a outros incautos. Today, because my dog feels bad, I called and a lady answered me and asked me to explain what was going on. So I did. I said I had an appointment for tomorrow and I said that tomorrow could be late. I called at the end of 10 minutes and the guy has the can to tell me that now he can, that he could hear me, because "there were people here a while ago" and that the consultation was only for tomorrow. Ao longo da conversa tratou me com desprezo e pouco interesse e até agressivamente (apenas foi uma consulta de um coelho, primeira consulta nesta clínica). Condições precárias da higiene de clínica. Preços relativamente altos (30 eur por uma consulta de 20 min). Não recomendo esta clínica, especialmente este veterinário que demonstrou um péssimo atendimento! Deixaria mais se soubesse que traria um meu gatinho para casa com saúde, mas não, fui informada que ele tinha um sopro grave no coração e que estava muito mal e não garantiam nada. Então porquê que o ventilaram?! Para prolongar o seu sofrimento e encher lhes o bolso? E pior, disse que não queria isso e que terminassem com o seu sofrimento. Só Deus sabe o quanto o amava. Mas pedi que me despedisse dele antes, queria que ele visse que eu estava ali ao pé dele na sua hora, mandaram me esperar e quando entrei já ele estava em cima da mesa , morto, com o tubo ainda na boca. Aquela imagem ainda me acompanha. Já tinha tido uma má Experiência nesta clínica, mas foi o que se arranjou numa emergência num sabado à tarde. Nunca mais! Sejam mais empáticos e compreensivos! S	SANDRA BARROS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma clínica super recomendável, tenho uma amiga que encontrou 2 cãezinhos pequeninos e levou-os a essa clínica, eles trataram deles, desparasitaram-nos e deram-lhe as vacinas, a minha amiga ficou com eles enquanto lhes arranjava um dono e a clínica disponibilizou-se a ajudar com o tratamento e vacinação toda enquanto ela tivesse com os cãezinhos. Recomendo a 100% A super recommendable clinic, I have a friend who found 2 tiny puppies and took them to this clinic, they took care of them, dewormed them and gave them the vaccines, my friend stayed with them while she found them an owner and the clinic made it available help with the treatment and vaccinations all while she had the puppies. I recommend 100%
