★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived and wasn't made to feel like a customer. They then said I may have to wait in reception whilevthey take my beautiful dog out back to do whatever. Then had to wait 45min before I left. No thanks. Then went to a great local vet. So much better. Don't bother unless life threatening situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog had to be admitted due to a serious and complex medical situation after a week of unsuccessful treatments and exams at our local vet clinic. While he was at the hospital, I always felt supported by the medical team, who showed a lot of care both for me and my dog. They contacted me daily with updates and were very understanding. When we had to go back a couple of days after him being discharged for an emergency revaluation, the vet was fully informed of his case, which helped a lot. My experience in other vet hospitals was that the information wasn't correctly transmitted between the medical staff.
Anytime I called or had to go there, the administrative staff were very kind and helpful.
It's a bit pricy but from my experience, very worthy.
