4. With an appointment you wait 1hour 30minutes. Without appointment you also wait 1hour 30 minutes.
5. Very unorganized and no communication between staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vaccine booklet of my 2 cats were lost by them. I was then contacted 2 months later to go and pick it up. When I arrived to the Vet, I was told that they dont know anything about it. This just shows me ONCE again that nobody communicate in this Vet! There are too many people working here and nobody communicate with one another. It was an absolutely waste of my time and petrol to drive there to 'just go and pick it up' and then nobody knows about it. I wont recommend anyone to visit this Vet - not even as a last option!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't take any of your beloved companions to this Vet, I don't want to give details out but the reviews really go to show we weren't a one off case at this clinic. Should be shut down for animal negligence, tests were sent off late and clarified late, after a misdiagnosis, it's too late now. They have little experienced and as previously mentioned in the comments Money and speed is obviously the only criteria they like to fit, please if your beloved is ill, if it's anything serious they probably will mis diagnose them and they will suffer at your eyes and wallets cost at this clinics ease. I don't believe individually they are nasty people but as a service they deserve shutting down. Please save yourself and your furry/fourlegged/feathered friend pain these are not animal loving/caring people

This private clinic it's not honest, realible, professional and most of all , they don't care for any cure or help with your pet
They rush diagnosis, they rush to get you with the payment statement, without even knowing whats really the issue with the health of my pet.
It's full of inexperienced staff, coming fresh from college, they don't know what they are doing.
They think that the animals are gynni pigs.
Avoid this institutional dissuasive uneducated institution.
Read the reviews and stay away of this traumatic experience.
Don't deal with this con artists !!!
Avoid at all cost!!!
