Solicitei 2 dias antes de me deslocar à clínica, comida para uma gatinha, e foi-me dito que no dia seguinte a comida estaria lá. No dia combinado desloquei-me, estava a 26 km, e quando cheguei a médica veterinária disse-me que não tinham enviado a comida, e que não me informou porque a filha tinha feito anos. Enfim.... cada um que tire as conclusões que entender!
Lack of professionalism and dislike.
I asked 2 days before going to the clinic, food for a kitten, and was told that the next day the food would be there. On the agreed day I moved, it was 26 km away, and when I arrived the veterinarian told me that they had not sent the food, and that she did not inform me because her daughter had turned her birthday. Anyway.... each one who draws the conclusions he/she understands!
