★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei a fábrica da Vetor 3 no dia 23 de Abril portanto há quase 3 meses atrás. Vimos as pedras no local e voltámos para o escritório onde algum tempo depois enviámos exatamente o pretendido. A resposta foi "excelente escolha" vamos tratar. Na semana passada ainda não tinha qualquer resposta tendo decidido ir à fábrica novamente. Na fábrica foram-me mostradas pedras de terceira categoria absolutamente horríveis. Fiquei confuso porque a Vetor 3 tinha-me sido recomendada e expliquei novamente todo o projeto e o pretendido. Nos dias seguintes recebi mais 2 ou 3 pedras péssimas e disse que se não podiam fornecer que dissessem e até apresentei alternativas. Passado este tempo todo disseram hoje que afinal não conseguem fornecer as pedras pretendidas. Três meses de espera, o fabricante do mobiliário à espera e agora temos de partir do zero e contatar novos fornecedores. Total falta de profissionalismo e falta de consideração pelo tempo de profissionais da área. Não recomendo.
I visited the Vetor 3 factory on the 23rd of April so almost 3 months ago. We saw the stones on the spot and went back to the office where some time later we sent exactly what we wanted. The answer was "great choice" let's deal with it. Last week I still didn't have any answer having decided to go to the factory again. At the factory I was shown absolutely horrible third-rate stones. I was confused because Vetor 3 had been recommended to me and I explained again the entire project and what was intended. In the following days I received 2 or 3 more bad stones and I said that if they couldn't provide it, they would say it and I even presented alternatives. After all this time, they said today that after all they cannot supply the desired stones. Three months of waiting, the furniture manufacturer waiting and now we have to start from scratch and contact new suppliers. Total lack of professionalism and lack of consideration for the time of professionals in the field. I do not recommend.
