★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de um ou dois minutos que se poupam em cada viagem de autoestrada, a Via Verde não tem quaisquer vantagens. Não há nenhum benefício monetário, havendo até que pagar a "renda" mensal do detetor de portagens no automóvel mesmo que não seja utilizado. Haver em todo o país poucas lojas de atendimento a clientes, sendo a da zona de Lisboa num local tão turbulento, poluído e de acesso tão pouco confortável, foi mais um factor que me fez detestar ter sido utilizador da Via Verde. Felizmente, as assistentes de atendimento na loja do Pragal com quem efetuei o encerramento do meu contrato foram simpáticas e competentes.
 Apart from the one or two minutes that are saved on each motorway trip, Via Verde does not have any advantages. There is no monetary benefit, and you even have to pay the monthly "rent" of the toll detector in the car, even if it is not used. The fact that there are few customer service outlets in the whole country, the one in the Lisbon area in such a turbulent, polluted place with such uncomfortable access, was yet another factor that made me hate having been a Via Verde user. Fortunately, the service assistants at Pragal's store with whom I terminated my contract were friendly and competent.

Ho trovato personale gentile e competente che in alcuni minuti ha completato l'iter documentale e mi ha consegnato un apparato VIAVERDE nuovo di zecca che all'uscita ho montato nella mia auto.
Sicuramente da consigliare.
After a long wait (about 2 hours) I was n ° 41 and when I arrived at 12.00 they were at n ° 27 !!!
I found polite and competent staff who completed the documentary process in a few minutes and delivered me a brand new VIAVERDE device that I mounted in my car when I left.
Definitely to be recommended.
