Comprei uma mala para maternidade com alguma antecedência, passado quase um mês e meio da compra dizem que houve uma ruptura de stock e que a encomenda vai ser cancelada. Mas o melhor é que o mesmo produto e outros da mesma marca muito parecidos estão disponíveis no site para entrega no próprio dia.
Nem tao pouco me deram a opção de escolher um produto idêntico cobrindo a diferença de valor, ja que estavam em falta.
Acho uma vergonha que uma empresa como o ECI preste um tipo de serviço assim, principalmente sabendo da urgência de um produto que seria p levar p maternidade.
 Worst ever experience with online shopping.
I bought a suitcase for motherhood well in advance, spent nearly six weeks of purchase say there was a stock of rupture and the order will be canceled. But the best is that the same product and others of the same very similar brand are available on site for delivery the same day.
Not so little gave me the option to choose an identical product covering the difference in value, since they were missing.
I think a shame that a company like ECI provide a type of service as well, especially knowing the urgency of a product that would take p p motherhood.
