★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a qualquer proprietário esta agência porque não respeitam os compromissos:
- Temos sempre que reclamar para receber os pagamentos de aluguer, não temos detalhe do que é pago ou não,
- Os alugueres têm o mesmo valor há varios anos, enquanto solicitamos uma atualização ha varios meses,
- Reclamamos os contratos das propriedades ha mais de 5 mezes e até hoje, nao recebemos nada.
Viana Azul é incapaz de gerir e fornecer os devidos documentos relativos a gestao dos bens.
 I do not recommend this agency to any owner because they do not respect the commitments:
- We always have to claim to receive rental payments, we have no details of what is paid or not,
- Rentals have had the same value for several years, while we requested an update several months ago,
- We have claimed property contracts for more than 5 months and to date, we have not received anything.
Viana Azul is unable to manage and provide the proper documents related to asset management.

Le dirigeant comme le personnel sont très dévoués .
Mon vécu m'a toujours donné une image négative des agences immobilières, et comme beaucoup, tendance à mettre tout le monde dans le même sac...
Dans le cadre d'un achat j'ai vécu il y a quelque jours une période de ma vie très difficile. Il a fallu que je croise le chemin du dirigeant de cette agence pour résoudre mon affaire, il a fait preuve de disponibilité, gentillesse, acharnement, honnêteté, pour que je puisse me relever.
Je ne serais jamais assez reconnaissant envers lui, et si j'ai un avis ou conseil à donner, je recommande fortement si vous avez des projets y compris si vous êtes à l'étranger.

My experience has always given me a negative image of real estate agencies, and like many, tendency to put everyone in the same bag ...
In the context of a purchase, I experienced a very difficult period in my life a few days ago. I had to cross paths with the leader of this agency to resolve my case, he showed availability, kindness, determination, honesty, so that I could get up.
I would never be grateful enough to him, and if I have an opinion or advice to give, I highly recommend if you have projects including if you are abroad.
