★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has very unik portugese atmosphere. We've just been dining out there. If to give stars only for interior, it would be 5*... but it's a place to eat:)... So we've ordered a couvert and soup for starter. Both were dissapointing. For this kind of place couvert should be homemade, but it was cheap patei and butter in aluminium small packs from supermarket:(. Day soup - veggi soup - nothing special, you can taste potatoes and bit of carrot, not reccomended.
I had duck in orange sause for main course - very good, meat was tender and not too fatty. Tip for people, who eat more healthy: ask for baked potatos. Otherwise waiter will bring you just fries?.
Also some small thing: local cook likes garlic.
my boyfriend had Ossobuco. Said it was good. Nothing to add:).
House wine is good. House wine in ES and PT mostly everywhere very good and cheap. You could spend 50 euro for bottle a'la carte, but house wine might be much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and typical restaurant. One of the few in monte gordo without a tourist menu where you don't know what you are gonna eat. The service is very good, price is cheap and the food is delicious. It's also apart from the main streets so it's not too noisy and you can eat on the terrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food, ambiance and price is great. Don't change that. Really this food is the best around, traditional and a modern touch. But please don't let guests wait so much. We were waiting too long for the dessert menu. 5 stars under condition that this changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food, good atmosphere either eating inside or outside. A restaurant above the average for Monte Gordo, and where we could find on the menu more than just the regular grilled fish and seafood. Also, a good place to try the local tuna dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and service was great! Especially compared to all the touristy places around the restaurant. The portions were a bit small for their price though, but that is the only reason that I gave 4 in stead of 5 stars.
In summary: very cute and would certainly recommend in this city
