Foram contratados por intermediária, tendo junto desses intermediários retirado medidas para um espelho. Espelho pago, espelho feito com meses de atraso até a entrega, espelho com medidas não adequadas. Empresa intermediária encerrada. Contacto difícil com vidralgar que após muitas chamadas veio recolher o espelho com indicação de avaliação de possível aproveitamento, ou não, do espelho. Entrega de novo orçamento, e após contacto telefónico com a mesma, foi referido que não sendo possível aproveitamento do mesmo este seria devolvido. Feita nova adjudicação. Mais uns meses até entrega do espelho. Espelho entregue sem entrega do anterior. Pedem novo valor e sem devolverem o anterior. Ou seja, mais de 500 euros por um espelho de móvel de casa de banho individual, que neste momento já tem a luz a falhar. Deveras desadequado, comunicação confusa e pouco profissional. Delivery of a new budget, and after telephone contact with it, it was mentioned that if it was not possible to use it, it would be returned. New award made. A few more months until delivery of the mirror. Mirror delivered without delivery of the previous one. They ask for new value and without returning the previous one. In other words, more than 500 euros for an individual bathroom furniture mirror, which at the moment already has the light failing. Very inappropriate, confusing and unprofessional communication.
