Gostei e recomendo. Entre pedir o orçamento, adjudicar e o trabalho ser feito foram 3 semanas. Trabalho bem feito e dentro do prazo previsto.

Nous avons fait installer des parois de douches dans 3 salles de bain avec des grandes portes comme nous leur avions demandé. Excellent travail, matériel de très bonne qualité avec des parois vitrés de 8mm. Pas de problèmes d'étanchéité. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette entreprise.

3 months to make a simple shower screen ...and it is useless ! Picture a simple shower screen with a door and 2 fixed glass for the corner, how hard can it be for a company who specializes in that ? - first the small fixed glass had been cut 1.5cm too short so it had to be made again and sent to Evora to be tempered (10days) - second. The stainless steel brackets to attach the 2 fixed glass were wrong. They had to be remade ...in Lisbon (3 weeks) - third, the door was bent so it had to be sent to the kilt in Evora again to be straightened and still came back slightly bent (10days) - fourth, the measurements must be off by a cm or two, meaning the plastic lip doesn't close properly and the door forces its way into the shower when it is supposed to open outwards. - result : a perfectly useless shower screen which isn't watertight. Never again !

If I could give 0 stars or a negative rating, I would. We will never use this company again and we will warn all of our friends away from them. A small order that was promised to take 15 days and one visit took a shocking 3 months and 3 visits because they brought incorrect and damaged materials. The men are all individually nice and friendly to deal with and initially you think you are in good hands. However, their company suffers from very bad internal communications (one of them promises you something that does not get communicated within the company so it does not happen) and poor quality control. One install team is good and the other is terrible. One installer even damaged our cabinet by slicing into it with a knife when he was attempting to fix his terrible silicone job. (To their credit, they discounted the cost to repair the damage, but the headache to fix it was ours.) They also installed a mirror splashback when we requested white glass. They installed one mirror and one splashback panel that both have defects that we now need to live with because they were not prepared to remove them, repair the damage made to the walls, and install materials without defects. They also left us with a silicone job around the mirror splashback that their good install team could not fix (with their tools) so we had to spend hours with a liquid silicone remover cleaning up their mess. No discount or apology was offered to compensate for any of this. In the end, a 30% discount was offered (only on the outstanding balance) when we said we would fill in their complaints book and let the authorities decide what was fair to be paid. That equated to a tiny 10% discount on the entire order. It was inappropriately low, in our opinion, but we paid it to have the matter concluded. Fabio, the son of the owner, actually wrote these words when he offered that discount: "All we want is to have this sorted as quickly as possible. So we can put this behind our backs and never have to think about it ever again." What he should have said is that they will reflect on how this happened so that it does not happen again to future customers. So, please be warned: it will happen again.
