nice location in Albufeira, friendly staff, breakfest at 9 is maybe little late.

Amazing place with very freindly staff and greated location ever. 300 meters from the beach, 100 meters to the centre of Albufeira. Terrace on the roof with view to old city and sea. Recommend to meet sunset or sunrise there.

The location is great! Near the beach and near the city. But quiet at night, so you're able to rest a bit! The room is clean. Bed is comfortable and clean towels Guilherme was a great host! He will help you with everything! He woke up for us in the early morning and made us breakfast before our flight

So sweet and cozy among the touristy and huge hotels. Breakfast is awesome, homemade cakes and bread. The host is very thoughtful and nice. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view on old town. We extended our stay for one more night.

Do not hesitate 2 stay here at a budget price... its great n almost central.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Guillam was an excellent host, helped with everything and the breakfasts amazing lovely home made cakes. All the staff very friendly and the rooms spotlessly clean. Location perfect for everything. Perfect would definately stay here again . Thankyou peter and kim Turner

A beautiful, quirky place to stay in a fabulous Old Town location. The host 'William' was wonderful. Such a welcoming, kind and sincere man. We stayed in the studio with the terrace. The bedroom was small but had lots of light and was spotlessly clean. The only critique would be that there were no tea or coffee making facilities actually in the room, although there was a kitchen unit with no facilities inthw room aside from a cooker hood extractor and a small sink. In order to make a drink you needed to enter the main communal area and use the kettle there. There was also a microwave and a toaster for communal use. As my health hasn't been good on this trip, this proved to be rather frustrating for me as I can get bed ridden for a day or so. I prefer to be able to get hot drinks etc in the privacy of my own room. On booking.com it should be made clear that some rooms do not have these facilities. The description doesn't clarify this. I was unable to stay due to my MS and needed to move to a friend's place where I could be more comfortable. Once again I must add that the host William was wonderful and a credit to the place. Invest in one of the superior suites which offer a higher level of comfort and space.
