Com consulta marcada para as 11:45 do dia de hoje colocaram uma cliente sem marcação há nossa frente que supostamente só iria tirar 2 pontos tendo estado em cônsulta até perto do 12:30 ao qual fiquei claro indignado. Ainda por cima tenho a arrogância de uma assistente e a prepotência de um profissional da área a dar me seremao como se tivesse a lidar com crianças. É em vez de mediar as coisas somos tratados como animais... E mandados embora da clínica por apenas expor a nossa indignação pela espera I do not go to the clinic for the following reason I waited a while for a place for consultation. With an appointment scheduled for 11:45 am today, they put an unmarked customer in front of us who was supposed to only take 2 points having been in consultation until around 12:30, which I was clearly outraged. On top of that, I have the arrogance of an assistant and the arrogance of a professional in the field of giving me the same as if I had to deal with children. It's instead of mediating things we are treated like animals ... and sent away from the clinic for just exposing our indignation for waiting

Foi-me marcada uma outra consulta cerca de uma semana depois para, uma limpeza e tratar um dente que foi verificado na 1ª consulta, com início de cárie, e para me fazerem um orçamento para 2 implantes. Na dita consulta marcada, não foi feita a limpeza, nem trataram o dente com cárie, taparam um buraco de um dente, que não sei donde veio o dito buraco, e até hoje 25/01/2022 nem consulta marcada, nem orçamento para os implantes. I made an appointment in December 2021, for the reconstruction of a broken molar, which was done, and so far nothing to say, friendly and helpful staff. I was scheduled for another appointment about a week later for a cleaning and treatment of a tooth that was checked in the 1st appointment, with the beginning of caries, and to make me a budget for 2 implants. In said appointment, cleaning was not carried out, nor did they treat the tooth with decay, they covered a hole in a tooth, I don't know where the said hole came from, and until today 01/25/2022 neither appointment scheduled nor budget for the implants.
